Peninsula Craft Spring Show ROLLS ROYCES & LIFEBOATS!! THIS WEEKEND

Not only can you come and enjoy the craft show but -

 

The lifeboats from HARWICH will be crossing over to the Shotley Marina Saturday & Sunday - there will be RNLI things for sale and no doubt other things as well to see and do

I think they are there from mid-morning till mid-afternoon

What an opportunity to see them!

Also - there are three vintage Rolls Royces on display on the waterfront - you can have a look under the bonnet and admire these vintage classic cars

NEAPOLITAN RIPPLE THROW

 

A fun version of a popular classic 

Who could not love a classic  ripple of ice cream colours for the summer?

Made to reflect your favourite fruit ice creams/sorbets of the summer - peach, with raspberries, blueberries, mints, oranges and yellows

The ends cunningly disguised as neat small bows along the edge

Now finished with two-tone tassels on the corners

 

 

In my version the classic ripple has a neat striped border with a lacet row to lighten the throw to make it less heavy and perfect for a summer's cool nights

"MARDI-GRAS"

One of my gull-wing style scarves - which has the advantage of fitting well and not sliding off your shoulders!

The curved inner edge fits well around the neck and on the shoulders.

This one has fun 'lollipop edges' and used over 20 colours pastels to brights! 

So its sure to match everything on your Summer wardrobe

The hanging lollipop tassels add movement and fun when you wear it

A friend has now bought this :-)

So gone to a good home!

"SAND DOLLARS"

I had so much fun doing the brightly coloured one I decided to make another in monochromes again in pure soft cotton DK 

This one used over 10 colours of sand and earth tones

 

All in the colours of sands hence this one is called

"Sand Dollars"

This is for the upcoming exhibition

"Flotsam & Jetsom"

Gold Scarf - Alpaca Boucle

Dragon Tail - variation

This Dragon Tail has equal tails although made from one end to the next

Wider in the middle with a gradual taper to each end - still with a stepped- Dragon's tooth outer edge and curved inner edge - this is achieved by changing the formula to still allow the curved inner  edge yet

Finished with a flourish with tasselled ends

Pure cotton jacket in black with contrasting stripes in hot pink and bright green

A simple boxy modular construction and seamless

Neatly fitting three quarter sleeves and a short body skimming the top of the hip
