New Chic Messenger Style Bag

I was asked by my good frinsd DJK to make her a bag for travelling - specifically for her impending trip to Japan for day trips out with tour and to fit her petite frame........to be smart but practical;..........to hold ipad + mobile + wallet + Passport etc ........yet contents to be secure from pickpockets ......+ if needed some shopping ............but to be SMALL!!........... TALL ORDER for such a petite litttle person!!
So this was the result....................

Black heavy-duty upholstery fabric in a corded twill weave
Self fabric outer pocket
Cotten sateen interior pockets
Two-tone straps - sewn bandolier style

Opened up can be used full length as a tote bag ....if necessary
Was going to put D-rings on to make the strap adjustable but we decided it would clutter up the design

So pleased made another one for myself - just a bit bigger!!
Chic, smart, minimal, practical ....what more can you ask?????????

See it just hugs the body - moulds around you - is tight underarm to prevent sneaky fingers plus the shaping and curving around the body helps add to security; yet the contents are easily accessible - swing to the front and lift the flap ...........
Plus 2 outer pockets for tickets leaflets travel guides - which can be hidden under the flap or left uncovered for easier accessibility .............all so simple yet so versatile!

Only to name it and as she spending 3 weeks in Japan (Testing it out I suspect to the maximum!!)
Seoul, Tokyo, Obuse, Matsumoto, Tsumago, Magome, Takayama, Shirakawa, Kyoto, Nara, Mount Koya are the options for naming the bag .............mmmmmmmmmm  needs  a think

What do peeps think??

FEEDBACK  - from JAPAN
Is that it is GREAT!! She very pleased! Can't wait to hear how it worked out!!
